Pathway & Walkway Lighting
Safe passage from your driveway to your front door, or from your patio to the pool, starts with properly placed pathway lighting. We use low-profile LED path lights that cast a soft downward glow, preventing glare while providing enough illumination to navigate steps, curves, and grade changes confidently. Fixtures are available in bronze, black, copper, and natural stone finishes to complement your existing hardscape materials. Every pathway installation includes a layout plan that accounts for spacing, beam width, and ambient light conditions so the effect is uniform and inviting rather than spotty or harsh.
Garden & Planting Bed Lighting
Mature trees, ornamental grasses, flowering shrubs, and specimen plantings deserve to be appreciated around the clock. Uplighting at the base of a Japanese maple or a cluster of crape myrtles creates dramatic shadows on nearby walls. Downlighting from a canopy branch produces a natural moonlight effect across the lawn below. Cross-lighting from two angles eliminates flat shadows and reveals the full texture of bark, foliage, and stone. We position fixtures to emphasize the shapes and colors you invested in during your landscape installation, and we adjust beam angles seasonally if your plantings change profile through the year.
Architectural & Facade Lighting
Your home's exterior architecture is one of its strongest visual assets, and well-placed lighting draws attention to columns, arches, stone veneers, gable details, and entryways. We use narrow-beam spotlights for tall vertical features and wide-flood wash lights for broad masonry walls. Grazing techniques, where a fixture is positioned close to a textured surface and aimed upward, reveal the depth of natural stone and brick in a way that flat floodlights cannot. The result is a home that looks intentionally designed rather than generically lit.
Pool & Water Feature Lighting
Underwater LED lights turn your pool into a glowing centerpiece after sunset. We install color-changing and single-tone submersible fixtures in pools, spillover spas, waterfalls, fountains, and grottos. Perimeter lighting around the pool deck ensures safe footing on wet surfaces, while accent lights beneath coping stones or along raised bond beams add subtle dimension. If you have a water feature built by our team, we coordinate the lighting plan with the stone layout from day one so wiring runs are concealed inside the structure rather than surface-mounted after the fact.
Outdoor Living Space Lighting
Patios, outdoor kitchens, pavilions, and pergolas all benefit from layered lighting. Task lighting under a grill hood or above a countertop makes cooking practical after dark. Ambient lighting from recessed soffit fixtures or string-light runs creates a relaxed dining atmosphere. Accent lighting on a fire feature or bar facade adds visual drama. We wire each zone independently so you can control brightness levels across different areas of your outdoor living space from a single transformer or smart controller.
LED Technology & Energy Efficiency
Every fixture we install is LED. Compared to the halogen systems that dominated landscape lighting a decade ago, LED fixtures consume up to 80 percent less energy, generate almost no heat, and last 40,000 to 50,000 hours before replacement. That translates to roughly 15 to 20 years of nightly use. Low-voltage systems operate on 12 volts, making them safe to install near water, in garden beds, and along walkways where people and pets are in constant contact. We use commercial-grade transformers with built-in timers, photocells, and Wi-Fi connectivity so your system turns on at dusk and off at a preset time without manual intervention.
Smart Controls & Automation
Modern landscape lighting goes beyond a simple timer. We offer Bluetooth and Wi-Fi-enabled controllers that let you adjust brightness, set schedules, and create scenes from your smartphone. Want the pathway lights at 50 percent and the pool lights at full brightness for a Saturday cookout? One tap. Want everything off except the front-entry security lights after 11 PM? Another tap. Integration with existing home automation platforms is straightforward, and we configure everything during installation so your system is operational the day we finish.
Professional Design Process
Our process starts with an evening site visit. We walk your property after dark with portable demo fixtures so you can see exactly how different placements and beam angles look in real conditions, not just on paper. From that walkthrough we produce a lighting plan that specifies fixture types, locations, wattage, beam spreads, wire runs, and transformer placement. You approve the plan, we order materials, and installation typically takes one to two days depending on system size. Wiring is buried in shallow trenches alongside landscape beds and hardscape edges so there is no visible conduit.
